This panoramic photograph of Albuquerque was taken by James Blakeway. Albuquerque's original attraction was its location near the Rio Grande and its water. As World War II ushered in the atomic age, New Mexico became a center for research and development. Every October, Albuquerque hosts an International Balloon Fiesta, ballooning's largest and most spectacular event, attracting as many as 1000 hot air and gas balloons. During the 9 day event, several early morning mass ascensions take place with hundreds of balloons ascending in a short period of time, creating a truly spectacular sight.

Framed panoramas include:

Mounting: The panorama is adhered to a display board to eliminate waviness and warping of the print inside the frame.
Tempered Glass: We use only tempered glass for durability and safety, not acrylic or plexiglass which can scratch easily or standard glass which can leave a sharp, jagged edge if broken.
Attached Hanging Hardware: All frames are equipped with picture wire or sawtooth hangers so they are ready to hang on your wall directly from the box.
Select & Deluxe Frames included Beveled Mats: All mat boards used are pH neutral and lignin free to protect against degradation of the artwork and mat.

We offer 3 frame styles.

Standard Frame

Uses ⅜" wide rounded profile durable aluminum moulding with a glossy black finish. The outside dimensions are 40.25" wide x 13.75" tall by .88" deep and contains no mat.

Select Frame

Uses 1¼" wood composite flat moulding with a flat black finish. The outside dimensions are 42" wide x 15.5" tall by .88" deep and contains a single color mat.

Deluxe Frame

Uses 1¼" sculpted profile durable aluminum moulding with a powder coated finish. The outside dimensions are 44" wide x 18" tall by .88" deep and contains a double mat.
