How do I place an order?

Orders can be placed online through this website.

We are unable to cancel orders that have already been shipped. In this case, please contact us for other options, like processing a return.

Will I be charged sales tax?

Sales tax will automatically be charged to orders shipped within areas of the United States where it is determined sales taxes are applicable. The amount of sales tax charged is based on current tax rates, and are subject to change at any time. Shipping charges may also be subject to tax in certain states.

Estimated sales tax will be provided prior to completing checkout on our website. The cost of shipping & taxes will be estimated on the cart page after providing your state, city, and ZIP code, as well as prior to completing order checkout.

When will my order be shipped?

Blakeway Prints & Frames

Unless otherwise stated on the product page, we normally ship same day for orders received by 2:00 PM CT. All unframed prints are rolled and shipped in a triangular shaped 3" x 3" x 15" box to minimize shipping costs.

At times, we take pre-orders for licensed products prior to printing. This will be stated on the product page, with a message that the product is pending licensing approval and the timeframe of when we expect to print and ship.

Oversized Panoramas

Our oversized canvas and metal panoramas are made to order and 3 business days are required for production prior to shipping.


How can I track my order?

When your order has been packed and processed for shipment, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.



What is the shipping cost?

Shipping fees vary greatly based on the number of items in the order, frame style(s) chosen, shipping destination, and shipping speed selected. The cost of shipping will be estimated on the cart page after providing your state, city, and ZIP code, as well as prior to completing order checkout.


Do you ship internationally?

We can ship panoramas of city skylines, iconic world sites, and National Parks to most countries. Our licensing contracts restrict the sales of NFL, NASCAR, and collegiate products to the United States only. NHL products are available to ship to the U.S. and Canada. We recommend purchasing the unframed print and having it framed locally as international shipping charges for a large framed picture are pricey.

Our website is not set up to process orders outside of the U.S.A., so please email us at info@panoramas.com or call us at +1-952-941-9797 to discuss international shipping options. To prepare a quote for delivery to your address, please provide:

Will my order have weather delays?

There is a possibility that shipments may be delayed due to seasonal storms. To guarantee you are aware of any delays with your shipment due to weather events, please review the shipper carrier sites for the latest service alerts.


What do I do if my order is lost?

If the delivery timeframe for your order has passed, or your order tracking shows delivered and you have not received your package, we will be happy to help you.

Please first check the immediate area around your mailbox, front and/or side door, or front desk for deliveries. Please also check the tracking number for your package online to see if the shipping carrier has provided any special instructions or updates regarding your delivery.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a free replacement or a full refund for the price of the product within 30 days of purchase. We are unable to refund shipping charges.

Our panoramas begin as a high definition photo that is printed with UV resistant ink on heavy art stock. The panoramas are available unframed or in several frame styles.

Before framing, we mount and secure the panoramic print to a backer board to prevent waviness and warping due to heat and humidity. If you choose a Select or Deluxe Frame with matting, the mats used are pH neutral to protect against degradation of the print, and the colors used match the team or school style guides.

A Blakeway Panorama is stunning, vibrant and incredibly detailed. If you compare the prices of our framed products with those from a professional frame shop, you'll find we are competitively priced. We buy our framing materials in bulk and pass the saving on to our customers.

Our traditional panoramic prints are 40 inches wide and 13½ inches tall, which is not a standard stocked frame size. If you also decide to add a mat or two, our custom framing services are your best option. A framed panorama from us also means:

  • The mat boards are pH neutral and lignin free to protect against degradation of the panoramic print.
  • The print is protected with clear, tempered glass for durability and safety. We don't use acrylic or plexiglass (which can scratch easily), or standard glass (which can leave a sharp, jagged edge if broken).
  • All frames come equipped with hanging hardware (picture wire or sawtooth hangers), so they are ready to hang directly from the box.
  • All sports panoramas are officially licensed, which means we've passed strict requirements for quality and ethics:
    • We pay royalties that support scholarships and initiatives at the universities and professional leagues.
    • We follow official team style guides, which means the logos and mat colors match those specified by the team or university. The panorama will match your jersey and fan cave decor.
    • All of our production has been audited and certified to pass fair labor standards.

Most importantly, if you order a framed panorama from us, you save time. You don't need to deliver and pick up from a frame shop, or wait days or weeks for it to be framed. Oversized Panoramas

Our oversized panoramas are all photo. There is no title, text, borders or logos - just the image. If you want to feel like you are actually in the stadium, these are the panoramas for you. At 63 inches wide and 21 inches tall, our oversized panoramas cover some serious wall space and provide a striking focal point for your home, office or fan cave.

The oversized panoramas are available in two formats: canvas and metal. Each is equipped ready to hang and are suggested to be used as indoor decor only. No framing is required, as each comes equipped with a rear mounted frame.

Please note that all oversized panoramas are made to order. Please allow 3 business days for processing and production prior to shipping.

Canvas

Our museum quality canvases are crafted out of materials designed to last a lifetime. The photo is printed directly onto high quality archival canvas with UV resistant solvent ink. It is then stretched over a 1½ inch thick, kiln dried pine wood frame. This is a gallery wrapped canvas that is designed to be displayed without a frame. It looks finished from any angle, as the image wraps around the edge of the frame and is stapled on back so no staples or unprinted edges can be seen.

Why can't you ship an empty frame?

We have the expertise and equipment needed to beautifully frame your panoramic print.

Our framing team will mount your panorama to a backer board so it stays smooth and fabulous over time. If the panorama is simply framed without this step, heat and humidity over time can cause the print to wave, curl, or no longer lay flat. Common glue or tape can discolor the print over time. Our team has the proper equipment and experience to mount and frame your print to prevent these problems from occurring.

If you order a Select or Deluxe Frame, our team carefully centers the panorama within the mat opening, and secures it so it won't slip over time. Finally, we frame your print and add hanging hardware (picture wire or sawtooth hangers) so it's ready to display as soon as you receive it.

Custom Prints


Can I get a custom print?

We can print our images at almost any size. Please allow ample lead time for licensed images (NFL, NHL, NASCAR, collegiate, etc.). Licensed images are more complicated as they require permission from the team or university, as well as their governing licensing agencies.

Our images are typically produced at a 4:1 ratio, so the proportions of your custom print need to remain 4:1, unless you are willing to crop some of the image from the left and/or right. For example: if you wanted a print 4 feet wide, it would therefore be 1 foot high. This refers to the image size only, and doesn't include the white border or text that our typical published prints have. In other words, custom prints can be printed with the image all the way to the edge of the paper.

What is the cost of a custom print?

The cost of a custom print varies on a case-by-case basis depending on the size, format, and material used. Our use of large format panoramic equipment provides exceptional quality enlargements. Galleries often refer to these prints as a giclee ("zhee-klay").

We normally print thousands of our published prints at one time to drive down costs. The cost to do a single print is therefore considerably more expensive than our typical product pricing. This is due to the labor and materials involved to set up and run our equipment for a single print.

If you want a custom print significantly larger than our typical product, you may need to get it custom framed from a local frame shop. This can significantly add extra costs, which should be considered ahead of time.


Can you do custom prints on different materials?

Yes. We can do custom prints on other materials, such as canvas and metal. We have also worked with third party companies to get our prints onto wallpaper, like for full room or single wall mural installations.

What is a Blakeway Gigapixel?

Blakeway Gigapixel is an amazing fan engagement experience: an online, interactive, 360° group selfie. These fan photos are massive - billions of pixels in size - and allow fans to rotate, zoom, and find themselves and friends inside the venue. By tagging themselves and sharing their favorite views, fans send the Blakeway Gigapixel of a viral journey to show their passion for their team.

Blakeway Gigapixels are huge. Most are over 25 gigapixels in size, which is 25 billion pixels. If you were to surround yourself with a sphere of 1080p HDTVs (2 megapixels) and display the image at full resolution, you would need over 13,000 HDTVs to show the entire Blakeway Gigapixel image at once. We offer the most incredible detail in interactive fan event images in the world.


How do Blakeway Gigapixels work?

Blakeway Gigapixels are photographed with cutting edge technology that produces hundreds of high resolution images. These are then digitally stitched together by our talented team.

With our extensive experience and incredible equipment, we can capture fans at the game in under 2 minutes, often times during game breaks or TV timeouts. We then transfer the images back to our office, where our team stitches the images together and has it ready for fans to view online about 24-48 hours after the event, depending on the venue size.
