When will my order be ready to ship?
Blakeway Prints or Frames
Unless stated on the product page, we normally ship same day for orders received by 2PM CST.
Blakeway Oversized Panoramas
Our oversized canvas, metal and acrylic panoramas are made to order and 3 business days are required for production prior to shipping.
Puzzles normally ship the day after the order is received.
How do I track my order?
When your order has been packed and processed for shipment, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.
What will the cost of shipping be?
Shipping fees vary based on the quantity and type of frame selected for your order. Our website provides a shipping cost estimate prior to placing your order.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently do not ship items internationally through our website. You may contact us directly for shipping options outside the United States. Please email your address and desired products to firstname.lastname@example.org - or call us so we may assist you with potential shipping options. We can be reached toll free at 1-800-334-7266 Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM CST.
We can ship unframed prints to most countries internationally. Due to shipping fees, we are unable to ship framed products outside the United States at this time. If you would like to frame your unframed print outside the U.S., we suggest visiting a local frame shop to do so as this will be significantly less expensive than shipping fees.
We are also unable to ship certain categories of products outside of the United States. NHL products may only be shipped within the U.S. and Canada. NFL, collegiate and NASCAR products are unable to be shipped outside the U.S. at this time. This is a licensing issue we are contractually bound to.
What about international duties and taxes?
You may be required to pay duties and taxes to claim your package. This depends on the laws and regulations of your local postal system. We encourage you to contact your local postal office or customs bureau to provide you with additional information on this specific to your country.
